Thailand defeated Netherland in the second match of the Triangular Women’s T20I Series at the TU Cricket Ground, Kirtipur, on Friday. Chasing the target of 123, Thailand secured an impressive eight-wicket win against the Netherlands in the second match of the Triangular Women’s T20I Series. Batting first, The Netherlands posted a modest 122-6. Thailand comfortably chased down the target with 12 balls to spare.
For the dutch team, It was the Captain Babette de Leede who scored with 52 off 50 balls that gave some momentum the dutch inning. The triangular series is being held between Nepal, the Netherlands and Thailand. Previously, Nepal suffered defeat against Netherlands in the TU ground. All three teams will play with every other team, and the side with the most points will be crowned the winner of the series.
